Rule 74
Method of Payment of Termination of Employment Allowance

(1) According to the Act and this regulation, if the worker is unable to attend or does not come to receive the amount of wages, accrued leave or any other benefits received by the worker whose employment has been terminated, such amount shall be deposited in the bank or financial institution account provided by him to the establishment.
(2) If a worker does not have an account in a bank or a financial institution, the employer shall deposit such amount in the bank account of any other member of his family approved by such worker.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rules (1) and (2), if a worker dies before being able to receive the amount of wages, accrued leave or any other benefit due in accordance with the Act and these regulations, the employer shall pay such amount to the next member of his family. Should be given:-
(a) If the worker wants someone, to the person he wants,
(b) If there is no person who wishes as per clause (a) or in the event that the person who wishes has died, to the family members in the following order:-
(1)    Husband or wife residing in Sagol,
(2)    Son, daughter-in-law or unmarried daughter residing in Sagol,
(3) grandchild living together or father, mother or mother-in-law, father-in-law,
(4) Husband or wife, son, daughter-in-law or married daughter living separately (4) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this rule, if the remuneration or benefits received by a worker in accordance with the Act and this regulation cannot be deposited in the bank account provided by him to the establishment or within three years of leaving the employment, the worker concerned in accordance with sub-rule (2) or in accordance with sub-rule (3) If the claimant does not come to claim such amount, the employer shall deposit such amount in the social security fund.
(5) According to sub-rule (4), after the wages or service benefits of a worker have been deposited in the social security fund, such worker or his rightful person shall not be entitled to claim more than the amount so deposited.
